Jason S. Lohr
Litigation attorney focusing on complex litigation, including consumer and wage-and-hour class actions.
I graduated magna cum laude from Portland State University and received my J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. I represent consumers and employees in complex class and representative matters in federal and state court, before arbitration tribunals, and in other dispute resolution forums.
I primarily work on complex class and collective action litigation and vigorously advocate for large groups of employees and consumers. I also represent employees with individual disputes, alleging claims of disability discrimination, sex harassment, breach of contract, and employment benefits. Whether I am advocating for an employee or consumer, in individual or class representation, I aim to help everyday people in fighting for their rights against big businesses.
I have represented thousands of employees and consumers. As a result, I have recovered millions of dollars in money and economic benefits on behalf of our clients.
Recently, I certified a class of approximately 6000 consumers alleging unfair competition and violations of California’s consumer laws which provided for significant benefits for the class. I’m equally proud of the results I have achieved for my individual clients. Whether representing an individual, or a large class of individuals, I’m determined to fight for the underdog.
I previously worked at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, litigating intellectual property, privacy, class actions, and unfair business practice cases. Prior to working at Lewis Brisbois, I worked at the Beijing office of Zhong Lun Law Firm on business matters.
I am a graduate of Portland State University and Hastings College of the Law. Portland, Oregon is my hometown, but I currently live and work in San Francisco, my adopted home of the past 15 years.
